I-CAR Names Chairman's Award Winner

Nov. 4, 2016—I-CAR has named Elise Quadrozzi as the recipient of its 2016 Chairman’s Award. The award recognizes an individual or organization whose contributions to I-CAR have been significant or extraordinary. 

The Chairman’s Award recipient is selected by the Executive Committee of the I-CAR International Board of Directors.

Quadrozzi is an accomplished insurance professional with over 25 years of experience in claims, underwriting, customer service, information technology and product management. She began as a claims adjuster (trainee) with no previous claims experience and has held positions in the industry with various insurers, insurance consulting firms, and paint manufacturers. 

She was the first woman to serve as Chair of the I-CAR International Board of Directors, a position she held from 2011 to 2013. Subsequently, she joined the I-CAR Staff in 2013 as director of business development. In this role, she is responsible for managing assigned industry segments to achieve defined objectives which includes defining new products, services, and initiatives that meet segment needs; managing/directing customer support initiatives in a manner that enhances customer satisfaction; and representing I CAR within the segment and across the industry to advance I-CAR’s vision, mission and strategies.
