The automotive industry is notoriously male dominated, but there has been some improvement in recent years. According to stats from 2019, nearly 10 percent of the industry was female, up from just over one percent in 1999. In this video, Denise Caspersen, director of remote calibrations at asTech, and Dara Goroff, senior vice president of global development at Repairify Solutions, chat with PTEN editor, Amanda Silliker, about why more women should enter the industry and how they can be successful.
