AutoNation to Brand its Own Parts Line

Jan. 30, 2017—AutoNation announced on Friday at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Convention & Expo that it will brand its own parts and the company will use its database of customers to sell its products, according to a report from Wards Auto.

Bill Berman, COO of AutoNation, made the announcement during a panel discussion at the conference. 

During the panel, Berman, Steve Hill and Dale Pollak also discussed ways to prepare for changing industry dynamics and what dealers can do to broaden their reach in the market.
