Valspar Automotive Contributes to Raybestos Brakes Sweepstakes

Sept. 3, 2014—Valspar Automotive recently announced its involvement with Raybestos Brakes on the 1971 Raybestos Camaro build that will be given away to one lucky winner as part of the company's sweepstakes that ends Sept. 15.

The vehicle was painted by The Paint Spot in Addison, Ill., and built by Schwatz Performance in Woodstock, Ill.

Valspar Automotive provided DeBeer Refinish products that contributed to the vehicles stunning red-and-black finish.

The Camaro makes 650+ horsepower through a Schwartz-modified, GM LS3 V8 engine with SLP supercharger. It’s mated to a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission, and severe-duty Moser 9-inch rear axle.
