Mitchell 1 to Hold Shop Management System Training Workshop

Feb. 6, 2013

Feb. 6, 2013—Mitchell 1 will hold this year’s first Shop Management System Training Workshop May 2-4 at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz.

The training workshop is designed for those with previous experience using shop management software and who are interested in learning more advanced capabilities, methods and shortcuts.

The two-day session will guide users through all levels of functionality in the Mitchell 1 Manager and ManagerPlus systems, as well as explore program setup values, inventory, reporting, best practices and advanced transactions. The workshop will be led by John Dwulet, senior product manager for Mitchell 1’s management software solutions, and Tim McDonnell, national training manager for Mitchell 1.

“This advanced training workshop turns existing shop management system customers into power users who get the most out of their software and business,” Dwulet said. “The sessions will uncover strategies allowing attendees to compete successfully against dealerships, maximizing their maintenance and repair opportunities, and further the relationship with the customer.”

Attendees can earn 30 credits toward the Automotive Management Institute's (AMI) Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation by completing the workshop. To learn more about the workshop, visit the Mitchell 1 website.
