Summit Consulting updates Toyota, Lexus courses

July 15, 2011 — Summit Consulting Int’l Inc. (SCI) recently introduced updates to its 2011 collision center training courses for Toyota and Lexus.

The Toyota Certified Collision Center and Lexus Certified Collision Center programs are designed to give shops tools and strategies to better manage their processes, and increase productivity, efficiency and profitability. The updated courses cover performance measurement, sales and marketing, human resource management, advanced estimator training, and advanced manager training.

“Toyota and Lexus have been long time partners of ours, and we are looking forward to continuing our collaboration in implementing a training program that drives results,” said Bob McDonald, president of SCI. “One of our primary objectives at SCI is to help shops improve their operational efficiencies and profitability—a well-trained, knowledgeable employee base is key to making that happen.”
