Two Collision Centers Earn Toyota Certification

Collision facilities in Ohio and California are the latest additions to Toyota's certified network of repairers.

March 6, 2023–Toyota Motor North America, Inc. has announced two facilities have met the requirements to become Toyota Certified Collision Centers (TCCC), according to press releases.

Toyota first announced Joseph Toyota, located in, Cincinnati, Ohio, as its newest TCCC this past Friday. The following day, Moss Bros. CJDR Collision Center, located in Riverside, California, was announced as a new TCCC as well.

Scott Henderson, the senior manager of collision operations of Toyota Motor North America, said that the “prestigious” addition of the two businesses as TCCCs was a “privilege,” and shows “their on-going commitment to customer satisfaction, vehicle safety and quality, and factory recommended repairs to surpass customers’ expectations.”

Collision centers that wish to become certified with Toyota must go through a rigorous process of “advanced collision training, evaluation of [the] collision center’s operations including facility, business practices, employee certifications, and equipment benchmark achievements.”
