PAM's Auto Becomes Nation's First to Develop Assessed Quality Management System

PAM's Auto is the first automotive recycler in the nation to develop a quality management system that has been assessed and approved to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Nov. 19, 2018—PAM's Auto Inc. has completed its International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 audit for its location in Saint Cloud, Minn.

The audit's objective is to set international requirements for quality management systems.

PAM's Auto is the first automotive recycler in the nation to develop a quality management system that has been assessed and approved to ISO 9001:2015 standards. 

The audit was performed by Smithers Quality Assessments. Achieving the ISO means that the company has demonstrated customer focus, leadership, innovation of people, systematic approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision-making and mutually beneficial supplier relations.
