May 19, 2011 — The Automotive Service Association (ASA) announced new discounts for members on shop marketing services from CustomerLink's smrt 2.0 products.
The marketing program provides shops with a variety of Internet marketing tools, including automation of online customer reviews to gain search engine optimization. It also automates posting to social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter.
“Most shops don’t have the time, personnel or expertise to keep up with ever-changing Internet technologies and applications,” said Joe Gibson, CustomerLink channel manager. “But with smrt 2.0, we can help those shops aggregate the information that’s already out there and use it to better communicate with and market to their customers.”
CustomerLink will conduct an educational seminar at NACE, which is sponsored by the ASA and will be held Oct. 5-8 in Orlando, Fla.
