The Women’s Industry Network has announced its lineup of speakers and events for its 2023 Educational Conference, according to a press release.

The conference will be taking place for three days, May 1-3, in San Antonio, Texas. Its theme this year is “Reimagining Tomorrow.”

Speakers will touch on topics pertaining to running a business and bracing for change, such as Ace Hardware CEO Gina Schaefer speaking on “Helping Women to Succeed in Business,” and General Motors’ Independent Aftermarket Collision Manager Kelli Doherty speaking on EVs and staying updated on technology in the industry.

There will also be charity and fundraising events, such as “making no-sew blankets to deployed soldiers, veterans, and even wounded service members” for the charity group Soldiers Angels. Attendees will also write cards of support to be included in care packages for service members. An NABC Recycled Rides event will also be taking place to give two restored vehicles to veterans.

The annual WIN Scholarship Walk will also take place, as well as the WIN Gala, which will honor this year’s Most Influential Women recipients.
