CARSTAR Miller Auto Body, Erie Insurance donate refurbished vehicle
On December 17, a Jefferson, Wis., veterans’ service organization experienced a life-changing event – the presentation of a vehicle to enable them to provide transportation to area veterans to events, meetings and medical appointments – thanks to CARSTAR Miller Auto Body and car donor Erie Insurance along with the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides®.
The presentation of the 2004 Lexus RX330 to the Jefferson County Veterans Foundation was held at the Jefferson County Courthouse in Jefferson, WI. NABC Recycled Rides® is a unique program in which businesses representing all facets of the collision repair industry team up to repair and donate vehicles to individuals and families in need of reliable transportation. Since the inception of the NABC Recycled Rides® program in 2007, members of the National Auto Body Council® have donated more than 2,400 vehicles valued at more than $34 million.
