Mitchell strikes deal with UpdatePromise.com

May 11, 2010—Mitchell International, Inc. and UpdatePromise.com announced a partnership agreement Tuesday that will allow all Mitchell system users to automatically send status updates to customers via text message or email during the repair process, and eliminate data entry on the shop end.

"We are very proud of this new partnership and we look forward to serving the needs of the thousands of Mitchell users across the country,” said Dave Caulfield, president of UpdatePromise.com. “This is a significant step forward for the collision industry."
