PurigeN98’s nitrogen tire inflation system is now being offered to motorists patronizing Best Buy Geek Squad auto bays at more than 30 Best Buy stores in select inaugural markets including Las Vegas, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Seattle, Denver, Fargo, N.D., and Mexico.

“Best Buy’s decision to carry our product demonstrates its commitment to providing customers with additional options to live a greener lifestyle and, at the same time, increase their vehicle capability and performance,” says Robin Pearl, president of N2Revolution, producer of the PurigeN98 system.

“With Best Buy on board, ‘blue’ will definitely become the new ‘green’ as its customers sport PurigeN98’s blue tire caps and begin lessening their carbon imprint on Mother Earth by reducing fuel emissions and saving rubber trees from being harvested,” he observes.

Nitrogen molecules are more stable than those of oxygen, so the gas does not leak through the walls of tires as quickly, helping to maintain proper tire pressure, according to Pearl, noting that professional auto racers, pilots and astronauts were the initial users of nitrogen-filled tires to enhance handling, stability and overall safety.

Best Buy customers can convert their car or truck tires to nitrogen for about $40, receiving a Roadside Assistance Plan with their purchase. PurigeN98 is also available at more than 600 other locations in 40 states and Canada.
