Four Seasons Inc. has added a new instructional video to its Web site to show direct customers and sales force members how to use its "eACcess" online emergency ordering system. The Web OE Training Video is located in the secure area of the site.

Four Seasons Inc. has added a new instructional video to its Web site to show direct customers and sales force members how to use its “eACcess” online emergency ordering system. The Web OE Training Video is located in the secure area of the site.

“This five minute video goes through the process of using our ‘eACcess’ online emergency ordering system, step by step,” says Benny Araujo, marketing manager for Four Seasons Inc. “In the automotive aftermarket, time is money. That’s why we posted this video to our Web site - to make the ordering process as fast and simple as possible for our customers and sales force.”

The eACess online emergency ordering system can be used to place emergency orders for up to five line items at a time, weighing 150 pounds or less, with total value not to exceed $1,500.
