ABRN state of the industry 2010 outlook optimistic repair shops Despite a rough 2009, repair shops we surveyed remain optimistic about 2010, though not to the extent dealership shops are. Of the repair shops we surveyed, 56% expect to see increases in revenue, while 9.4% expect to see declines – compared to 18.4% of respondents who expected to see declines in 2009. For the repair shops expecting to see increases in 2010, 41.7% foresee increases of 6% to 10%.
