Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes will begin its 2010 A-Plus Network University EcoLean workshops in Las Vegas this spring.
The EcoLean program has been developed for collision shop owners and managers who are interested in leveraging the power of lean production as well as business solutions that reduce environmental waste. The program was a huge success for the company and its customers in 2009 as all four regionally held workshops were sold-out.
The spring workshop will be March 9-10, 2010, at Mandalay Bay.
The program is an industry first, combining two of the most powerful forces in today’s collision repair market: lean production and green business solutions. EcoLean workshops teach collision repair shops to take advantage of these two important disciplines through a sustainable program to drive profitability through the reduction of waste.
“We are excited with the response to our EcoLean program,” says Rodes Brown, Manager–Marketing Strategic Programs for Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes. “We see the market moving rapidly toward leaner and more environmentally responsible business models, and we have now built a compelling set of tools and services to help our customers drive efficiency and reduce waste, both financial and environmental.”
