Auto Action Appoints New Executive

Oct. 9, 2013—Auto Action, an East Coast dealership servicer, hired Tom Richards, previous general manager for Automotive Concepts, as the company’s operations director for the Pennsylvania area.

Richards joined Automotive Concepts 20 years ago when it was a start up and helped build the company into what it is today, Auto Action said in a release_notes

“I helped to build the shops, create the infrastructure and evaluate and hire the staff,” Richards said. “It’s something I do well and a skill that I will bring to Auto Action.”

Richards’ directive is to evaluate opportunities to continue to grow Auto Action, the release said.
