3M Files Lawsuit to Enforce Patent Rights

Dec. 31, 2015—On Tuesday, 3M filed a patent infringement lawsuit in a federal district court in Minnesota against XPEL Technologies Corporation.

The lawsuit alleges that XPEL Corporation’s XPF paint protection film product infringes 3M’s U.S. Patent No. 8,765,263.
