Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee ranks highest among auto insurance providers in the Southeast Region in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 U.S. Auto Insurance Study.

Nineteen auto insurance providers were measured in nine southeastern states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. The survey was conducted in March and April 2012 and was based on 34,828 total responses.

The study measured customer satisfaction with auto insurance companies across five factors: interaction, price, policy offerings, billing and payment, and claims. Overall satisfaction with auto insurance companies is 804 of a possible 1,000 ­ an increase of 14 points over 2011. The average for the Southeastern Region was the highest in the nation at 814; Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee was rated at 828.

Farm Bureau Insurance covers nearly 1.1 million automobiles in Tennessee.
