Raider relocated customer service positions

With continued determination to go “above and beyond the call of duty” when servicing clients, Raider Industries, a brand of the Truck Accessories Group LLC (TAG), has relocated its customer service positions its Elkhart, Ind., factory.

“Our dealers are our family. And that family is growing. The move from Canada to Indiana last year has given us extensive dealer network growth in the United States, and we need to react as that dealer network expands,” says Randy Avery, Raider sales manager of Raider, a truck accessory business. “The relocation of our customer service department to Elkhart allows for a quicker turn around time on service related inquiries and better communication with production. Raider will also continue to work with our dealers to help position them in dealer specific and market specific promotions.”
