Jiffy Lube International’s current general manager of global operations, Rick Altizer, has been named president of the organization in place of Luis Scoffone, who is taking on a newly created position within Shell. After joining Jiffy Lube in August 2007, Altizer has helped drive company growth by focusing on operations infrastructure and allocating additional resources to boost franchisee business success. Now reporting to David Pirret, executive vice president of Shell Lubricants, he will head a leadership team aimed at further evolving the company and its more than 2,100 locations while continuing to build alliances between operations and company business units. Altizer has more than 20 years of operations and financial management experience. Prior to joining Jiffy Lube, Altizer held multiple positions at Midas International and McDonald’s Corporation. Scoffone is departing Jiffy to take on the newly created role of vice president, Biofules in Future and CO2 for Shell. |
