TIA elects new officers; Chip Huber to be board secretary

Recent board of directors elections by the Tire Industry Association (TIA) will result in two new officials: Paul Dvorak of American Industrial Tire/American Discount Tire Corp. in Dallas and Dan Rose of the Tire Alliance Groupe based in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Returning TIA board members are:

  • Ernie Caramanico, Amityville Firestone, Amityville, N.Y.
  • Randall Groh, U.S. Oil Co., Inc., Combined Locks, Wis.
  • Tom Wright, Wright Tire Service, Anoka, Minn.
  • Stu Zurcher, Dealer Strategic Planning, Inc., Angola, Ind.
Additionally at the recent TIA board meeting, Chip Huber of Q Fix Truck Service in Louisville, Ky., was selected as secretary. The new board lineup officially takes office on Nov. 1.
