TIA seeks nominees for positions on board of directors
Nominations are now being accepted by the Tire Industry Association (TIA) for those interested in serving on the organization’s 2010-2011 board of directors.
“Any TIA member in good standing or an official representative of an industry association may recommend candidates to the nominating committee in accordance with the TIA Bylaws,” explains TIA Executive Vice President Roy Littlefield. “Self-nominations are also welcome.”
He goes on to note how the association “is looking for members with a passion for the tire industry: Becoming a volunteer member requires a time commitment with conference calls and meetings throughout the year. We believe the investment of time is definitely worth the experience members receive that are elected to the board.”
Nominations are due by April 30.
