Cooper barreling ahead with payment of 148th consecutive quarterly stock dividend

In advance of presenting its fourth quarter/year-end 2008 financial results, Cooper has announced that it will be paying the company?s 148th consecutive quarterly dividend.

In advance of presenting its fourth quarter/year-end 2008 financial results, Cooper has announced that it will be paying the company’s 148th consecutive quarterly dividend.

Stockholders as of March 9 will receive 10.5 cents per share on March 31.

On Thursday, Feb. 26, company executives will be discussing Cooper’s detailed financial status in a conference call beginning at 11 a.m. Eastern time.
