Goodyear sets quarterly results conference call

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company will report second quarter 2008 financial results before markets open on July 31, to be followed by an investor conference call at 10:30 a.m.

Participating in the conference call will be Robert J. Keegan, chairman and chief executive officer; W. Mark Schmitz, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and Darren R. Wells, senior vice president, finance and strategy.

Prior to the call, the company will post the financial and other related information on its investor relations Web site.
