Education Foundation elects new member to board of trustees

July 13, 2012

July 13, 2012—Dave Brunori, executive vice president and general manager of Matrix System Automotive Finishes, has been elected to the Collision Repair Education Foundation’s board of trustees.

Brunori has more than 29 years of experience in the vehicle refinish industry. He has served Matrix System—a manufacturer of automotive paints, primers, hardeners, clearcoats and reducers—for 19 years. Brunori also serves on the advisory committee for Oakland County Technical school, Matrix System said.

Brunori said being named to the Education Foundation’s board of trustees is a huge accomplishment.

“My passion today is to get involved in programs that drive philanthropic activities and bring awareness to the shortage of certified technicians we are facing today. I have been part of this great industry for almost three decades and it is time to give back,” Brunori said.
