Feb. 22, 2011

Feb. 22, 2011 — Mitchell International on Monday expanded its claims technology platform with the introduction of Mitchell Regulatory Reporting Solutions.

The automated service provides web-based reporting of FROI/SROI and medical bills to help lower claims reporting costs, increase claim accuracy, reduce manual processing and data entry, and maintain compliance with state requirements. It is available to all claims payers and can be integrated with any claims management system.

Regulatory Reporting Solutions was born from Red Oak E-commerce Solutions, which was part of an acquisition Mitchell made in 2010.

"Mitchell's Regulatory Reporting Solutions delivers a compliance solution to the market that further expands the depth and breadth of our claims solution offerings with innovative technology that optimizes claims operations," said Nina Smith-Garmon, senior vice president and general manager of the Mitchell Workers' Compensation Solutions Division. "These solutions are a clear reflection of our commitment to provide advanced claims technology to the marketplace via strategic partnerships and acquisitions."

Mitchell International provides information and workflow solutions to the property and casualty claims and collision repair industries. For more information on the company, go to mitchell.com.
