April 25, 2011

April 25, 2011 — Networking and social-media marketing website Collision Hub on Monday announced the launch of Repair University, a live educational video series for repairers and insurers.

The live episodes, powered by Chief Automotive Technologies, will begin May 4 at 9 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.

The first video is called Facility Verification & Quality Processes: What it Means to You. It will feature Mark Olsen of VeriFacts Automotive and is meant to help viewers better understand how small changes can have a big impact on daily operations. The video will cover the impact of internal processes on cycle time, profitability and quality, and the importance of verification.

“With the invaluable resources provided by VeriFacts Automotive and the continuing support of Chief Automotive Technologies, Collision Hub is thrilled at the opportunity to provide ongoing educational resources to the collision repair industry as a whole,” said Kristen Felder, founder and CEO of Collision Hub.
