Rome Technologies supports wireless devices

Jan. 14, 2011

January 14, 2011 – Rome Technologies Inc. announced its management software now supports the iPad, SmartPhones and most other wireless devices.

The technology allows users to have wireless access to repair orders, write estimates at the car, produce route sheets for technicians, dispatch cars, order parts, update vehicle status, take notes, create a sublet vendor list and change delivery dates, according to Rome Technologies.

“This new wireless technology is a far more efficient way to use the Rome management system,” said Scott Rome, president of Rome Technologies. “What was once done at a desk can now be done at the car, so writers can spend more time where they are most effective.”
