Sept. 25, 2014—Barrett Smith, founder and president of Auto Damage Experts, Inc., will be speaking at the final Georgia Collision Industry Association (GCIA) meeting on Sept. 25 in Atlanta.

Smith will offer his decades of experience in coaching and consulting quality-focused collision repair shop owners seeking to improve their business skills and their overall business performance.

His presentation to the group is titled, “Changing Behaviors by Reducing Fears,” and is designed to level the field for all interested parties to achieve successful resolutions to automotive property damage issues, including proper and thorough repairs, profitability and equitable claim settlements.

Attendees must RSVP to attend the GCIA event, which begins at 6:30 P.M. with a catered dinner at the DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta-Marietta at 2055 South Park Place in Atlanta, Ga. The business meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 and end at 9:00.
