Aug. 11, 2015—Industry consulting firm Elite announced on Monday that Jim Butitta has joined the company as its newest business development coach. Butitta, a past owner of six shops with 33 years of experience, will provide business-building guidance to current shops owners throughout the U.S.

Butitta has a background in financial analysis, budgeting and putting systems in place to ensure financial stability. He has given back to the industry by serving on regional and national boards for over 30 years. He served as president of a local Automotive Service Association group and served as the national president and chairman of the National Automotive Radiator Service Association. Butitta is also active in the community and contributes to not-for-profit organizations.

“Jim attributes much of his success to his business philosophy, taught to him by his father, which includes honesty, integrity, great customer service, and running the cleanest, best maintained shops in the country. He fits in perfectly with our culture at Elite, and I’m confident that he will be a tremendous asset on our mission to help shop owners reach their goals and live happier lives, while elevating this great industry at the same time.” said Bob Cooper, president of Elite.
