Repairify and Autel Announce Collaboration
March 2, 2023–Repairify and Autel have collaborated on remotely providing diagnostics, calibrations and programming solutions from Repairify to technicians through Autel’s Remote Expert platform, according to a press release.
Repairify will incorporate its patented solutions through a “revised version” of Autel’s Remote Expert, which will be jointly managed by the two companies.
Remote Expert is a platform launched last year that remotely connects technicians to experts in the field. It is currently supported on “Autel MaxiSYS Ultra, Ultra EV, MS919, MS909 and MS909 EV diagnostics tablets.”
With this collaboration, users will have the option of connecting with “the certified and warrantied OEM remote solutions from Repairify, along with the independent Remote Experts (vetted for their experience) who are already serving the platform.”
President of Repairify Global Holdings Cris Hollingsworth said that Repairify is “honored” to partner with Autel and that the company “has been known for their consistent delivery of leading innovative solutions across the mechanical and collision markets” since they debuted in 2005.
