Registration is now open for the final Guild21 webinar Thursday, Dec. 14 at 2 p.m. EST, according to a news release.

This webinar will feature Mike Anderson from Alexandria, Virginia, as a special guest. Anderson is an Accredited Master Automotive Manager (AMAM) through the Automotive Management Institute (AMi). He contributes to the development of the collision ASE testing for technicians and estimators in the USA and holds full certification in all collision categories for ASE.

Anderson has presented to groups across North America and Australia. He and the Collision Advice team facilitate 20 groups called the Spartan 300 for OEM-certified shops. Collision Advice has also been selected by several OEMs to provide factory training on estimating, scanning, and calibrations.

Anderson produces a quarterly summary of the latest trends and statistics in the U.S. for the collision industry and conducts quarterly surveys of over 28,000 collision repair professionals regarding insurer reimbursement. A former multi-shop owner, Mike’s shops held multiple OEM certifications, including Audi, VW, Porsche, Nissan GTR, and many others.
