For the past 20 years, the National Auto Body Council and its members have been instrumental in helping to shape a positive image for collision industry professionals.
Today, NABC members are recognized and acknowledged as responsible businesses that give back to the communities they serve.
Individuals and businesses who have contributed to the National Auto Body Council over the past 20 years will be recognized at the Gala Reception on Jan. 13, 2015, in Palm Springs.
On Jan. 14, NABC will present a local Palm Springs-area single mother of two, working two jobs to support her family, the keys to a completely refurbished 2013 Chevrolet Cruze as part of the Recycled Rides Program.
The vehicle was donated by Hertz and refurbished by a local auto body repair facility, Pacific Elite Collision. The recipient, Olimpia Ruiz, was selected by Variety the Children’s Charity of the Desert.
This is the 4th year in a row that all three organizations have teamed up locally to donate a vehicle to a Palm Springs resident during the National Auto Body Council’s annual Golf Fundraiser.
