CREF & ASE announce fall collision, auto service student career fair schedule

CREF and ASE announced the fall schedule of career fairs that will bring together high school and college collision repair and auto service students together with industry employers.

The Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) and the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) announced the fall schedule of career fairs that will bring together high school and college collision repair and auto service students together with industry employers. Industry companies also have the opportunity to participate in each of the career fair events by being the official student tech shirt sponsors. Sponsoring companies would have their logos added to the tech shirts worn by the students at each event.

The fall 2017 career fair dates and current event tech shirt sponsors include:

St. Louis, MO – September 29th

Sacramento, CA – October 5th – (Tech shirt sponsorship available)

Seattle, WA – October 11th (Tech shirt sponsorship available)

Chesapeake, VA - October 26th (Tech shirt sponsorship available)

Lansing, MI – November 13thPainters Supply & Equipment / PPG Automotive Refinishes

Minneapolis, MN – November 15th (Tech shirt sponsorship available)

Columbus, OH – December 1st (Tech shirt sponsorship available)

Miami, FL – Date TBD (Tech shirt sponsorship available)

Boston, MA – Date TBD (Tech shirt sponsorship available)

CREF Director of Development Brandon Eckenrode noted, “We look forward to another school semester of career fair events and helping to connect collision and auto service students to industry employers. There are several events being held in new areas of the country and we are working together on some ideas for event larger events that would take place in the spring semester. We encourage industry companies to participate and help showcase to the students that the industry cares about their futures.”
