Martin has an extensive and successful track record in Finance within a number of global industrial businesses emphasizing operational cost management and building solid internal controls. Martin will relocate to the Charleston, SC headquarters facility.

Secondly, Marj Shymske will be joining the organization effective March 25th in the role of QCP President. We have a strong belief that the QCP business has tremendous growth potential. The leadership team of Charlie Van Gelder and Nick Causey have done a great job in building the business to its’ current level but would also benefit by having a leader to focus on long term vision and strategy while enhancing the current business processes. Skymske will have overall responsibility for all functions of the QCP business. Charlie Van Gelder, still in his role as VP of Sales and Marketing will report directly to Shymske as will Operations, Marketing, Finance and Technical functions. Nick Causey, in his role of VP of New Products and Business Development will be working directly with me to bring new products to market and on accelerating QCP international growth, with dotted line responsibility to Shymske. This allows Shymske and Charlie to focus on the critical task of continuing to successfully execute on the 2013 plans for profitable growth in our largest QCP market, the US.

Shymske brings extensive experience in business leadership in the building products industry with an emphasis on building effective teams and successful business expansion. More details on the roles and responsibilities within the QCP business unit will follow in the next couple of weeks.

We are also very pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Grzebielucha to Division President QIP and Dave Brunori to Division President QAP. This move is reflective of the overall responsibility and success that Dave and Paul have shown in managing the full P and L of their respective business units.
