Golfers attended dinner afterward where Laila Umpleby, CEO of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Oregon, thanked the participants and then spoke about the mission of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Laila concluded her presentation by sharing the story of Arian, a 13 year old boy who’s wish to attend the French Open was adopted using the funds raised at the Kadel’s Golf Classic in 2011.

“I had a marvelous time and I’ll definitely be back next year to support Make-A-Wish,” one golfer said after the tournament.
