The Automotive Service Association (ASA) reminds members deadlines are approaching to register for the ASA ‘Taking the Hill’ Fly-In and Automotive Management Institute (AMI) Leadership Conference to be held May 11-12 in Washington, D.C.
The Fly-In will address the key issues facing both collision- and mechanical-repair professionals, and allow members to meet face-to-face with policymakers on The Hill. The AMI Leadership Conference sessions scheduled for May 11 will allow attendees to participate in two three-hour workshops focusing on ethical leadership. The workshops are designed to enhance attendees’ business and personal success.
“ASA is the only organization representing the independent automotive service and repair industry that has active government affairs representation in Washington, D.C.,” says Ron Pyle, ASA president and chief staff executive. “The most effective way to leverage ASA’s activities in Washington, D.C., is for our members to participate in the grassroots efforts we sponsor. Legislators are interested in hearing directly from our members, and ASA is facilitating that opportunity.”
With less than one month left to register for the ASA ‘Taking the Hill’ Fly-In and Automotive Management Institute (AMI) Leadership Conference, it is more important than ever to make travel and hotel accommodations for the event. Online registration is open until April 21, but ASA rates for the host hotel are only guaranteed through April 9.
