Premier Paint 2000 launches water-based system

Oct. 8, 2010

October 8, 2010—Premier Paint 2000 announced on Friday the release_notes of its waterborne Paint Chip and Scratch Repair System.

When the chemicals are added to Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes they give the repair a 99 percent color match, 80 percent fill and it becomes a permanent repair, according to the Premier Paint 2000 press release. The system works the same as their solvent-based system, but is applied with a proprietary applicator rather than a brush.
