July 17, 2015—Caliber Collision made a record-breaking donation of $2.3 million in food and cash donations to help at-risk children at its 4th annual Rhythm Restoration Food Drive.
Caliber’s annual food drive is the largest of its kind in the collision industry. This year’s efforts resulted in nearly $300,000 in cash donations and close to 40,000 pounds of food to benefit 28 local food banks. Contributions came from the Caliber team, customers, and business partners along with a $50,000 matching corporate donation. This year’s food drive more than doubled last year’s total of 1 million meals.
“Caliber Collision’s Rhythm Restoration Food Drive is a wonderful opportunity for all of our teammates and business partners to get involved in our local communities as we go above and beyond to help kids in need,” said Steve Grimshaw, Caliber Collision CEO. “Our highest purpose is to restore our customers to the rhythm of their lives. Both the customers who walk through our doors and the greater communities that we serve around each of our centers.”
