ABRA Helps Raise $10,000 for Children’s Hospital in Nashville

Oct. 17, 2014

Oct. 17, 2014—ABRA Auto Body & Glass announced Wednesday it helped raise more than $10,000 during the third annual Gaylord Springs Charity Golf Tournament to benefit Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tenn.

Over 130 golfers and guests participated in the event, held at Nashville’s Gaylord Springs Golf Links on Aug. 21.

The third annual golf event is part of Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital’s initiative to offer world-class treatment to every child who comes to the hospital. No child that needs services is denied care on the basis of limited ability to pay.

"We are excited and honored to receive this generous donation from ABRA Auto Body & Glass," Chris Lee, associate director of Children’s Ambulatory Services said in a release. “Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s at Vanderbilt is committed to identifying cures and better treatments for the children in our community, and this donation will help us provide the best possible care to our patients and families.”
