Oct. 2, 2015—The CARSTAR Cincinnati Business group hosted its annual Golf Outing at TPC River’s Bend on Aug. 31, which raised a total of $12,000 for the Fisher House Foundation.
The money was raised through entry fees and major sponsors like Enterprise Car Rental and BASF.
The Fisher House is a “home away from home” for families of patients receiving medical care at major military and VA medical centers. There are currently 62 Fisher Houses in operation with four in the greater Cincinnati area. Since 1990, over 200,000 families have been served through Fisher House.
