Sept. 26, 2014—The Hertz Corporation has donated $30,000 to the Collision Repair Education Foundation to assist the organization’s mission of supporting high school and college collision school programs, instructors and students.

Hertz participated as a sponsor of the Education Foundation’s summer golf fundraiser in Detroit, and also support the Cars, Careers and Celebrities expo the foundation held in Dallas.

“The Collision Repair Education Foundation is a great organization that Hertz is proud to support. The body shop and insurance industries have been instrumental partners for Hertz as demonstrated by our double digit growth over the past 15 years resulting in nearly 3,000 off airport locations strategically located across the nation,” said John J. Holt, Hertz Senior Vice President Off-Airport Operations, North America. “This expansion couldn't have happened without the alliance of the body shop industry and we are pleased to contribute to the Collision Repair Education Foundation.”
