Caliber Acquires Six-Shop MSO in Florida

Sept. 22, 2014—Caliber Collision Centers announced on Friday that it has acquired AutoPride Collision Repair Centers, a six-facility MSO in southwestern Florida.

“The AutoPride Collision facilities management team perfectly complement Caliber’s purpose, vision and mission with the Florida market,” said Caliber CEO Steve Grimshaw. “AutoPride has consistently delivered unparalleled customer satisfaction and industry-leading operational consistency in Florida for many years. We are excited to add these new members to the Caliber family.”

Caliber now has 10 locations in Florida, and 197 total facilities across nine states.
