Airbag Solutions’ database for restraint system information now includes 45 auto manufacturers and covers more than 5,000 vehicles from 1988 through 2013.

“Our goal has always been to offer a standardized, one-stop source for critical OEM requirements to the collision industry. This brings us one step closer to that goal,” said Douglas Gan, chief operations officer of Airbag Solutions. “With the addition of Mercedes to the database, we offer the single most exhaustive source for airbag service information available today.”

Airbag Solutions said its database allows users see which components are required for repair and where they are located in vehicles. The system also includes information for light resetting, wire repair and peripheral damage to help reduce supplements and cycle times. For more information, visit airbagsolutions.com.
