Aug. 30, 2019—Toyota is recalling 191,000 cars in North America and Japan due to the air bags not inflating properly in a crash, reported CBS News.

The recall covers 2003 vehicles through 2008, including Corolla compact sedans and 2005-08 Matrix hatchbacks. The front passenger air bags in the cars were installed in prior recalls to replace Takata air bags.

Ultimately, the air bags may not unfold in hot temperatures. Toyota will start notifying owners by letter starting in October.
