Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge and North State Custom have settled their second lawsuit against each other.

May 23, 2018—Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge and North State Custom have settled their second lawsuit against each other.

North State Custom initiated a lawsuit against Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge in 2017, claiming that the dealership was engaged in certain unlawful business practices. Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge filed a counterclaim, contending the allegations were false.

The parties settled that suit but were soon back in court when Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge issued a press release stating that North State Custom's claims were retracted and that they were "vindicated."

The parties agreed to mutually dismiss their claims and resolve differences without the exchange of any money. North State Custom has retained the right to obtain re-certification as an authorized Mercedes-Benz collision repair facility.
