April 10, 2017

April 10, 2017—The Automotive Management Institute (AMi) has announced a new training course designed to teach how to use Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s Automated Rental Management System (ARMS) Automotive Suite.

The online course aims to teach repairers how to properly use the ARMS program to improve functional knowledge of it. The new online course offers one AMi credit hour toward the achievement of the institute’s Customer Service Certificate, along with professional designations such as: Accredited Automotive Office Manager, Accredited Automotive Manager, Accredited Master Automotive Manager, Accredited Collision-Repair Estimator and Accredited Master Collision-Repair Estimator.

ARMS data largely helps collision repair shops streamline communications with insurance companies and customers. Information regarding how to sign up for Enterprise’s ARMS training can be found by clicking here.
