ProColor Collision has announced Phillip Gallimore as its new director of Franchising, according to a press release.
Gallimore brings 16 years of experience in the automotive insurance industry working with GEICO and 10 years in the motorcycle industry, where he managed service, sales, and parts operations.
In his new role, Gallimore will report to USA Fix Network Senior Vice President Scott Bridges as he oversees ProColor Collision’s Business Development and Franchise Support teams.
These teams are responsible for providing prospective ProColor Collision franchisees with continual training, branding, and operational performance support as they join the ProColor network.
“Expanding the ProColor Collision presence in the United States is only possible with a strong team who can clearly and confidently communicate the advantages of joining the ProColor Collision network,” Bridges stated. “Phil’s deep understanding of the insurance industry and shop operations position him to talk with shop owners from their perspective.”
