SEMA Show to Feature Collision Industry Awards Show

The Collision Industry Red Carpet Awards event will feature award presentations from NABC, CIECA, CREF, I-CAR, and SCRS.

The SEMA Show will be featuring the Collision Industry Red Carpet Awards event on October 31, according to a press release.

This is the first year that the awards event will be held in the evening. It will be celebrating the Collision Industry Conference’s (CIC) 40th anniversary, with presentations from the organization reflecting on changes the industry has gone through for the past four decades.

After the CIC meeting in the day, the CIC reception begins that evening, shortly followed by the Red Carpet Awards ceremony.

The event is free of charge, funded by participating organizations and sponsorship support from CIC, the Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF), I-CAR, and the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS).

The National Auto Body Council (NABC), the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA), CREF, I-CAR, and SCRS will hold their own individual award presentations to recognize impactful figures currently in the industry.

In addition, Liz Stein with OEConnection has been invited to serve as the award event’s emcee.

Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Cocktail attire for attendees is encouraged but not required.
